Can we keep the cabinets and change everything else?
Yes, and where the layout already works it is the best value we sell. It is a job in its own right rather than a discount on a bigger one.
When does the price stop moving?
At the drawing, line by line. What can still move is what turns up inside a wall, and that reaches you as a priced line rather than a revised total.
