The plan, on paper
Have the weeks and the number before anyone measures.
Send the plan you picked. The design visit turns it into dated weeks and one figure you can hold us to.
- The design visit. An hour in the kitchen. We measure the room, open the cabinet under the sink, look at the panel and the drains, and talk about what you want it to do.
- The drawing and the plan. A plan view, a drawing of each wall, and a calendar with dates on it. Every line of the budget beside the drawing it pays for, and the contingency shown.
- Selections and the order. Doors, finish, counter slab, tile, hardware. Once they are chosen and signed, the cabinets are ordered and the wait begins with your old kitchen still working.
- The work. The old kitchen comes out only when the boxes are in our warehouse. Then the weeks on the plan, in the order on the plan, with the sink back before the paint.
